convenient location helpful staff spacious suite unheated floor missing channels noisy air conditioning
The location was very convenient. I could easily walk to most attractions. The staff were helpful. They arranged a seafood restaurant pick-up and drop-off. My corner suite, rm 414, felt spacious and had a view of the atrium.
The bathroom floors were not heated. The marble felt very cold in winter. The tv did not have any english channels. I found this quite limiting. The air conditioning was noisy at night. It was impossible TO disconnect it.

helpful staff excellent location great variety relaxing experience
i found the staff helpful and friendly . the location was excellent providing easy access to many key attractions. the room was well-kept and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. i really appreciated the hotel's cleanliness it added to a relaxing experience.
the television in my room didn't have many english channels so i had limited viewing options.

the staff provided prompt assistance at the front desk for all my inquiries and requests. the concierge offered helpful directions and recommendations for local restaurants. room service was efficient delivering meals within the stated time.

breakfast included a selection of fresh pastries cheeses and cold cuts. i saw a variety of hot dishes were available like scrambled eggs and sausages. fresh juice was offered alongside coffee and tea.

my room contained a mini-fridge stocked with beverages and snacks. there was a safe available for storing valuables. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and provided towels.
